A graduate of Franklin University, Victor holds bachelor degrees in Accounting, Forensic Accounting, and Business Forensics.  As a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor and a member of the American Institute of  Professional Bookkeepers, he has helped educate many individuals through seminars and one-on-one training in areas such as Payroll, Bookkeeping, and Internal Controls.  In addition to his education, he has served as a CEO or CFO of several companies over the course of his career and has successfully run his own business since 2005.

As an accountant, Victor has helped many entrepreneurs realize their dream, by assisting them with strategies aimed at improving profitability, by implementing effective tax strategies, lowering operating costs, and properly evaluating and managing payroll costs.  He has helped companies overcome a variety of issues such as embezzlement and tax delinquencies, by working hand and hand with their ownership and management to create effective solutions aimed at restoring financial stability.  He has provided accounting services to a wide variety of companies from small sole proprietorships to multi-million dollar corporations.

Erin Woodrow, BSHR

A graduate of Franklin University with her Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management, Erin has aspirations to pursue a degree in employment law in the near future. At V.L. James Accounting LLC, Erin understands the needs of their clients and attends to them accordingly to ensure the client has the best experience possible with the company while maintaining the best practices.

When she is not leading the team in the office, she is leading her Varsity Cheerleaders on the field as a Head coach from the high school she graduated from. Erin has always believed it is important to give back to the community and this is her way of doing just that.
