Once you have clicked the “Join Video Conference” follow the steps provided below:

1. Click the “Join Meeting” link.
2. Enter the Meeting ID Provided by the Associate.
3. Enter your name.
4. Click the “Join Meeting” button below those two fields.
5. TurboMeetingStarter.exe will start to download.
6. Open the file and install it on your machine.
7. You will automatically join the meeting.
8. Enable desired Camera and Microphone.
